Certification:

  • Confirmation of product conformity is carried out in accordance with the requirements established by the Technical Regulation of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 90 dated February 4, 2008 (within the technical regulation system of the Republic of Kazakhstan), or in accordance with the requirements established by the Decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Union No. 44 dated April 18, 2018 "On Standard Conformity Assessment Schemes" (within the technical regulation system of the Eurasian Economic Union).

  • Consulting and support services for obtaining certificates of conformity for products imported or manufactured within the territory of the Customs Union (Eurasian Economic Union) to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Customs Union Technical Regulations, the Eurasian Economic Union Technical Regulations, as well as national and interstate standards.

Metrology:

  • According to Clause 1, Article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Ensuring the Uniformity of Measurements" (hereinafter – the Law), measuring instruments subject to state metrological control as per Article 22 of the Law are subject to type approval prior to their release into circulation.
  1. Consulting and organization of testing for type approval purposes; Metrological certification of measuring instruments. Testing for type approval, batch type approval, and metrological certification of measuring instruments are conducted in accordance with the "Rules for Type Approval, Testing for Type Approval, Metrological Certification of Measuring Instruments and the Provision of Public Services 'Issuance of a Certificate of Type Approval of Measuring Instruments' and 'Issuance of a Certificate of Metrological Certification of Measuring Instruments'", approved by the Order of the Minister for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 931 dated December 27, 2018.

  2. Consulting and organization of work on the recognition of test results and type approval, initial verification, and metrological certification of measuring instruments. Work on the recognition of test results and type approval, and initial verification of measuring instruments (hereinafter – MI) is carried out in accordance with the Agreement on the Mutual Recognition of Test Results for Type Approval, Metrological Certification, Verification and Calibration of MI, signed on May 29, 2015, in Burabay (hereinafter – the Agreement). To implement this Agreement, the Rules PMG 06-2019 "Procedure for Recognition of Test Results and Type Approval, Initial Verification, Metrological Certification of Measuring Instruments" Clause 2.3 have been developed.

  3. Consulting and organization of work on the recognition of results of the initial verification (calibration) of measuring instruments performed by metrological services, laboratories, or other subdivisions of foreign companies: The recognition of results of the initial verification (calibration) of measuring instruments performed by metrological services, laboratories, or other subdivisions of foreign companies that perform verification (calibration) of measuring instruments is carried out in accordance with the State Standard ST RK 2.40-2023 "Procedure for Recognition of Results of Initial Verification (Calibration) of Measuring Instruments Performed by Foreign Metrological Organizations".
