 |
 |
- visual inspection of equipment for compliance with the project and standards;
- verification of the quality of installation (contacts, grounding, insulation);
- measurement of insulation resistance, activation of circuits.
|
- setting the parameters of relay protection (RPA), automation (ABP), control systems;
- calibration of sensors, meters, current/voltage transformers;
- programming of microprocessor devices (PLC controllers).
|
- testing of equipment under load;
- simulation of emergency modes (for example, short circuit) to test the protection;
- synchronization with dispatching systems (SCADA).
|
- phase-in of live equipment;
- control of operating parameters (current, voltage, temperature);
- preparation of acceptance certificates;
- instruction on operation and maintenance;
- transfer of documentation (passports, test reports, schematics).
