The welding module is a stand-alone building, factory manufactured, assembled/assembled, wired, with adjustable environmental characteristics, self-supporting, fully tested, with high degree of protection packaging, equipped with all equipment, lighting, sockets, switches and accessories, other objects, doors, metal products and all the other components, devices necessary for a complete whole modular building.
Functionally, the building consists of:
- heating, ventilation, and air conditioning cabinet (HVAC);
- auxiliary panel;
- distribution cabinet;
- UPS panels;
- power schemes;
- sensors;
- control cabinet;
- alarm panel.
Execution
The platform is made of longitudinally laid metal plates with cross-twisted squares.
Outside panel:
- 2mm thickness fully stocked and insulated from external environment.
Internal insulation:
- wall thickness 100 mm;
the thickness of the floor and ceiling is 150 mm.

Device
The device is a solid frame metal structure covered with powder paint, with a modular building divided according to the shape. The cable is connected from the side of the kiosk via the Hilti multicable module. The modular building is manufactured according to customer’s requirements. The modular building with IP66 rating can be used in an atmosphere with a particle size of at least 1mm, including places exposed to medium-power liquid jets.
