Auxiliary Power Distribution Panel

The Auxiliary Power Distribution Panel (APDP) is designed to supply power to internal consumers (lighting, ventilation, heating, automation systems, etc.) within transformer substations, distribution points, switchgear assemblies, and other power facilities/industrial plants.

Functional Composition:

  • AC power distribution circuits;
  • Circuit breaker status signaling circuits;
  • Circuit breaker control circuits;
  • Voltage monitoring circuits;
  • Control circuit power supply;
  • Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) circuits;
  • Voltage/current measurement circuits;
  • Lighting circuits.

Structural Composition:

  • Panel 1: Incoming device + Bus Section 1 with outgoing feeders;
  • Panel 2: Incoming device + Bus Section 2 with outgoing feeders;
  • Sectional Panel: Sectional circuit breaker + Bus Sections 1/2 control;
  • Cable compartments for Bus Sections 1/2.

Functions:

  • Power input and bus sectioning;
  • Automatic backup transfer (mechanical/electrical interlocks);
  • Motor control and protection;
  • Soft-start and frequency regulation;
  • Lighting control;
  • Electric heater control;
  • Electrical parameter measurement;
  • Short-circuit/overload protection;
