SCADA cabinet

The cabinet is an electronic device based on the industrial protected server IDS RTU ACOS750 (A200, A300). It houses ETHERNET switches such as RSP20 (A3, A4), control console A8, servers A1, A2, uninterruptible power supplies A14, A16, and an NTP time synchronization device A6.

The cabinet is designed for collecting, processing, and storing signals and measurements in a database, with further transmission to the dispatcher's workstation. It is intended for local monitoring and substation control.

Cabinet Components:

  • Current measurement circuits;
  • Voltage measurement circuits;
  • Protection input/output circuits;
  • Relay control circuits;
  • Lighting and socket circuits.

Product Components:

The front panel of the cabinet includes the RTU ACOS750 controller, HP/DL380e Gen8 servers, RSP20 switches, LCD8500 control console, ENKS-2 time server, circuit breakers, sockets, and intermediate terminals for connecting devices to AC and DC power circuits.

Design and Operation:

The SCADA cabinet is a grounded metal enclosure with a transparent front door and a solid metal rear door. All metal components are corrosion-resistant, surfaces are coated with epoxy-polyester paint, and insulation materials are non-flammable. The cabinet is designed for two-sided maintenance and includes a grounding busbar
