The cabinet is an intermediate element between the switch and the substation equipment. Designed to connect the secondary HVAC circuits of the power plant and substation equipment. The cabinet is designed for outdoor installation and operation in an industrial atmosphere.

The switch clamp cabinet is used for:

  • Implementation of the connection of secondary circuits of high-voltage voltage transformers on HVAC substations;
  • grouping the connection of control wires and control cables;
  • joining and branching of secondary and power chains.

The cabinet functionally consists of:

  • clamps for external connection;
  • heating and switching off circuits.

Design of the switch clamp cabinet:

The device consists of a solid metal steel body with a divider in shape 1. On the back wall of the body there are metal guides, to which the equipment of the cabinet is attached. There is a lockable lock on the door.

Overall dimensions of the device:

  • depth 250 mm;
  • the mass of the device is not more than 50 kg.
