The cabinet is designed for DC distribution, control of disconnectors of drives and grounding knives, organization of blocking circuit and alarm. The cabinet is designed for outdoor installation and operation in an industrial atmosphere.

The cabinet functionally consists of:

  • DC operating power supply chains;
  • drive control circuits;
  • locking and alarm circuits; 
  • the circuits of heating and consecration.

Installation of equipment is carried out on the bottom rails. Control and protection elements are installed on the horizontal bottom rail: 

  • load switches; 
  • automatic circuit breakers;
  • thermostat;
  • socket.

  On vertical:

  • set terminal clamps.

In addition to the control units of the disconnectors, there are alternating current circuits (lighting lamp, heater and socket), which are protected by an automatic circuit breaker. The cable channel is closed by a solid front panel, on which the control keys of the disconnectors are placed.

Design and operation:

The device is a single metal welded body with a partition in shape 1. On the back of the body there is a mounting board, to which the equipment of the cabinet is attached. The doors are equipped with lockable locks. Fully meets the requirements of the standard CT RC GOST P 51321.1-2010 (IEC 60439-1-92). The cabinet complies with the requirements of TP TC 004/2011 Technical Regulation on the safety of low-voltage equipment, GOST 12.2.007.0, CT REC GOST P 51321.1-2010, as well as the requirements of «Rules for technical operation of electrical installations of consumers» and «Safety regulations for operation of electrical installations of consumers».
