Motor Control Center (MCC)
The MCC is a low-voltage switchgear assembly designed for centralized control, protection, and monitoring of electric motors and other electrical loads. It ensures safe switching, overload and short-circuit protection, and integration with automation systems.
Key functions:
- Start/stop of electric motors (manual and automatic modes);
- Protection against overloads, short circuits, phase imbalances, and overheating;
- Local and remote control;
- Soft-start and speed regulation (using soft-starters or variable frequency drives);
- Visual/audible alarms for operational status;
- Fault condition indication;
- Integration with SCADA systems.
- Hot-swappable modules (live replacement).

Power Control Center (PCC)
The PCC is a low-voltage switchgear assembly designed for receiving, distributing, monitoring, and protecting electrical power in industrial, energy, and infrastructure facilities. It provides centralized power supply management for loads (including MCCs, distribution boards, and process systems) while ensuring line protection and integration with automation and metering systems.
Key functions:
- Power reception and distribution to outgoing lines;
- Protection of feeder lines against short circuits and overloads;
- Busbar sectionalization (single or dual power supply);
- Automatic transfer schemes (ATS);
- Energy metering;
- Status indication and alarms for lines and devices;
- Built-in measurement and SCADA data transmission.

Design:
- The units feature a modular ELSTEEL frame construction with powder-coated finish.
- Internal separation complies with Form 3a, 4b standards.
- Grounding busbars (PE) are installed in the lower and cable compartments.
- Cable connections are routed through the bottom of the assembly.
- Units undergo mandatory Type Testing to verify compliance with ST RK GOST R 51321.1-2010 and IEC 61140-2012.
