Optima Low-Voltage Switchgear

Main Distribution Board (MDB) is designed for receiving and distributing AC power at a voltage of 380V and an industrial frequency of 50Hz. The board is intended for operation in industrial environments.

   Functions:

  • Power reception from an external source;
  • Power distribution between incoming distribution units and end consumers;
  • Line protection against overloads and short circuits;
  • Switching and isolation of individual load groups and sections;
  • Energy metering via integrated power meters;
  • Backup power integration (diesel generator, UPS, etc.);
  • Network monitoring with data transmission to SCADA/AMR systems.

Device:

The device is a frame-type assembled metal structure with powder coating, featuring Form 3b internal segregation. Cable connection is performed at the top of the panel. When the panel is energized, power for distribution is supplied to the busbar section located in the lower part of the panel. Cable lines for powering loads are connected to circuit breakers. Cable routing is carried out in cable compartments of the panel and in outgoing feeder panels. Cable compartments are equipped with PE grounding busbar and N neutral busbar. The device fully meets the requirements of ST RK GOST R 51321.1-2010 (IEC 60439-1-92) standard.
