Complete transformer substation 2CTS-1000/6/0.4 with two transformers of 1000kVA, equipped with equipment (hereinafter substation) in the composition:
Complete Transformer Substation is a mobile building of a non-building type. Intended for use in or outside human settlements under direct exposure to atmospheric precipitation. Distribution equipment and power transformers are installed inside the substation.

Composition of the product.
The substation is a modular building mounted on a frame. The frame and walls are made of laminated steel, coated with powdered polyester paint, roof - galvanized laminated steel. The frame is welded from rectangular pipes, to which walls of sheet metal are welded. The loading and unloading operations shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of GOST 12.3.009-76. The substation complies with the requirements of standard CT RK 2703-2015. General safety requirements for production equipment comply with the requirements of GOST 12.2.003.

Inside the building has metal partitions. The transformer section is separated from the High Voltage Distribution Device-6kV section and the Low Voltage Distribution Device-0.4kV section. Access to each compartment is through the gate. Equipment list:

1. High Voltage Switchgear Cabinet One-way Service Prefab Chamber -6kV is designed to receive and distribute electricity of three-phase AC current frequency 50 Hz at nominal voltage 6 kV for systems with insulated or grounded through arc-quenching reactor neutral. Protection of the waste connection is carried out by means of a fusible fuse. 2. Transformer TMG-1000/6 - power three phase oil tight transformer. Manufactured for energy needs and own power plants. Transformers with natural oil and natural air cooling are used to power settlements located in latitudes with a variable climate. 3. The Low Voltage Switchgear is designed for receiving and distributing electric power of AC voltage 380V, industrial frequency 50Hz. The Low Voltage Switchgear is designed for use in industrial environments. |
